Shinezz is a provider of ongoing commercial cleaning services to businesses in Toronto, Canada. Shinezz is owned by Maria Varelas, who brings 25+ years of experience in the cleaning industry. Maria grew up in the cleaning industry as her family built and managed a commercial cleaning company for 40+ years. Shinezz is a second-generation cleaning company, and its goal is to be an innovative, consistent, and effective cleaning service provider.

Prior to hiring cleaners, we complete thorough background checks, including criminal history and references. Our cleaners are uniformed and will be assigned to cleaning sites only if they have met all of the Shinezz criteria.

Shinezz has a team of expert trainers who train all new cleaners on the most efficient and effective cleaning methods to ensure high quality and consistent cleaning from day one. Our team also conducts regular audits of each site’s cleaning as well as cleaners’ individual performance. We help ensure any service discrepancies are corrected before the company opens for business the next day. Our findings are documented, shared with our cleaners during their performance reviews, and plans are developed to eliminate service discrepancies in the future.
